Refund policy

All wood doors are custom made to order so deposit refunds are only allowed if the frame building process has not been completed. Once a shop drawing is approved by the customer, the customer has until frames are built to submit changes to size of doors.

All doors are shipped fully insured via LTL freight. If doors are damaged during shipping, an insurance claim must be filed with the shipping insurance company. Craft Global can file it for the customer if the doors are shipped back to us. If doors are in possession of the customer, then the customer must file the insurance claim.

No Refunds. Except as expressly provided herein, all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
